Beaded Appetizer Picks
Yup, on to a new beaded adventure! A friend gave me a great idea to bead turkey lacers (with the assistance from Gorilla Glue) into beautiful appetizer picks!

Let Down
Well, now that school is over for the year, I'm excited to finally have some time to bead. My new order came from www.firemountaingems.com and I'm in a creative mood!
I had my first craft sale in several months yesterday, but, unfortunately, it was a bust. There were about 11 different crafters, the majority of us being beaders. Hardly anyone came to the sale, and it was my lowest profit ever sale. I will continue to hawk my wares on etsy, but I usually depend on craft shows for the bulk of my sales.
I'm excited about some of the new "natural" beads that I've been using. The large coconut shell ones and the betelnut ones made a gorgeous necklace that I sold before I could take pictures of.

More fun with chain

Where did my time go?
Having a full time job really cuts into the beading. I've really had no time to work on anything since September. I'm finally getting caught up in my second semester and should be starting to make more stuff soon! Here is one of the pieces I've made recently. It's a simple necklace of chain and agate.
